Privacy notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.

RT Parrucchieri di Trevisi Riccardo, as Data Controller, hereby provides the following information pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter also referred to as the "Regulation"), regarding the processing of your personal data as a client of the firm (hereinafter the "Client").

2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

The Firm informs that, for the establishment and performance of the contractual relationship, it will come into possession of personal data of the Client, where the Client is a natural person, or personal data of legal representatives, attorneys, or employees of the Client, where the Client is a legal entity.

The personal data that the Firm collects and processes are those freely and voluntarily provided during the establishment and performance of the contractual relationship (such as, by way of example: name, company name, tax code, VAT number, address, email address, internal contact phone numbers, etc.).

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• i. Registration and contact requests: to carry out preliminary and subsequent activities related to registration, management of information and contact requests, and/or sending of informational materials;
• ii. Management of the contractual relationship: preliminary and subsequent activities related to the purchase of Services or Products, order management, provision of the Service or delivery of the purchased Product, and all tax, administrative, and accounting activities arising from the performance of the contractual relationship;
• iii. Direct marketing activities: sending of promotional materials and/or commercial communications relating to Products or Services, events or courses organized by the Data Controller.

Processing for purposes (i) and (ii) is necessary for the conclusion and management of the contract; failure to provide the data may result in the impossibility of carrying out the contractual relationship. Processing for purpose (iii) is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller by reason of the established relationship.

3. Processing Methods and Retention Period

Personal data will be processed using electronic, digital, and/or paper-based means, in a manner that ensures their security and confidentiality.

Data provided for contractual purposes will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for the subsequent 10 years following its termination for administrative and accounting purposes. In any case, personal data will be retained until the expiration of the limitation periods for rights and obligations relating to the contractual relationship.

4. Data Recipients

Personal data may be disclosed, strictly in connection with the purposes set out above, to the following categories of recipients:

• Entities, Professionals, Companies, or other Organizations responsible for processing related to the fulfillment of administrative, accounting, and management obligations;
• Companies, Entities, or Professionals providing consulting and/or processing services instrumental to the Firm's business;
• Public Authorities and Administrations for purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations;
• Banks and Financial Institutions for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

5. Transfer to Third Countries

The Data Controller does not intend to transfer the Client's personal data to third countries outside the EU or to international organizations.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

As a Data Subject, you may exercise at any time the rights provided for by Articles 15–22 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing.
