The video surveillance system installed on the business premises serves the following purposes:
The video surveillance system is active in all areas of the shop, its pertinent spaces, and external access areas.
Processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) of EU Regulation 679/2016) for security and protection of company assets.
Video images containing personal data of data subjects are retained for 24 hours following the recording.
Retention periods may be extended in the event of public holidays, or at the request of Law Enforcement or Judicial Authorities, for the time strictly necessary to carry out the relevant proceedings.
Personal data collected in reception registers are retained for a maximum period of 1 year.
Images collected through the video surveillance system are processed exclusively by the Data Controller's authorized personnel. Data may be disclosed to competent Authorities (Law Enforcement, Judicial Authority) where required by applicable law.
Data is neither disseminated nor transferred outside the European Union.
